Andrew is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), having earned this designation after completing four advanced courses in financial, market, and user decision analysis, and submitting a portfolio of over $10 million in closed transactions. Less than 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners worldwide hold the CCIM designation. In addition to being a CCIM designee, Andrew is also actively involved in the Southwest Florida CCIM district having served on the board as Chairman of Candidate Development (2007), Secretary (2008), and Vice President (2009).
